After a month-long investigation, Concord Police have arrested two Manchester men on robbery-related charges in response to a hold-up at the Shell Gas Station on Loudon Road.

John Donnell, 35, is facing two counts of robbery and kidnapping. Luke McClintick, 28, has been charged. McClintick was charged with accomplice to robbery.

Both men were held at the Merrimack County jail on preventative detention before they were arraigned on May 8 in circuit court.

On April 9 at 2:30 a.m., police said a male suspect entered the gas station and escorted the store clerk outside before placing a pillowcase over the clerk’s head and handcuffing him in the passenger seat of his car.

He then went back inside and filled another pillowcase with merchandise. The clerk was eventually able to escape and call the police.

Police said the investigation remains active and ongoing. The charges are all Class B felonies, which hold a prison sentence of 3.5 to 7 years.
